Positioned Executive Coaching

Positioned Executive Coaching is research-based and culturally relevant. The curricula purposefully reflect the current and relevant experiences of women of color in leadership. More specifically, Positioned Executive Coaching has three key dimensions:

  1. Professional Leadership. This dimension affords leaders the opportunity to reflect on their leadership philosophy, gather the perspectives of others, and learn about the multi-faceted components of professional leadership. 

  2. Cultural Navigation. This dimension focuses on how to navigate the micro-aggressions, unconscious biases, and implicit and explicit discrimination which often impacts the leadership experiences of women of color. 

  3. Advocacy. This dimension focuses on how aspiring and current women leaders of color advocate for their professional reputations, their work, and their future careers. Leaders will also learn how to acquire mentors and sponsors to advocate on their behalf. 

At Positioned, we believe these key dimensions can dramatically impact women of color as they advance in their careers.
