Dr. Jennifer Gomes is the Founder and President of Positioned, Inc. Jennifer is an executive and leadership coach, educator, learner, and a champion for leaders of color. For nearly 20 years, Jennifer has committed her professional experiences to addressing issues of social justice. Jennifer believes that organizations are positioned to be successful when they intentionally invest in their leaders of color and when they strategically operationalize their diversity, equity & inclusion commitments. Jennifer has extensive experience designing and facilitating learning experiences in the areas of diversity, equity & inclusion, organizational change, and leadership.
Jennifer founded Positioned, Inc. as a direct response to the need for systemic change in our nation. She believes that everyone is responsible for, and positioned to, have a positive impact on our society.
Jennifer earned her Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA., her M.Ed. and Ed.S. from National Louis University in Chicago, IL. and her B.A. from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.
